After 45 minutes to an hour it is time to take another picture.

The answer is ...Yes!

You can leave the wrap on as long as you like.

I know many people like to sleep in them or wear

them for several hours.

If you are interested in doing this, it is a good idea

to wrap kitchen plastic wrap around you to hold the

wrap in place. The wrap is non-staining so you do

not need to worry about it touching clothing or bedding.

�Take an "After" picture - You are not taking this picture

to show anyone.

You are doing this strictly for your viewing so you

�can see and confirm your results when you compare

it to your "Before" picture. Take another after 72 hours.
